I have arthritis, which seems to get
worse each year. Someone told me
there are foods that can help ease
arthritic pain. Can you tell me if you

While I know living in the present
is the smartest way to live, it is not

depresses me; and sometimes I think
about the future with more fear than
I know is realistic.
